Monthly seats
One organisation member is one seat. Multiple devices for the same member do not create additional seats. The intended subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
The approved future price is €2 EUR per member per month, excluding applicable VAT, with no minimum commitment beyond one member. AI-provider licences are not included. The private preview is free and test-only; this is not a live offer.
Discounts, trials, seat-count changes and proration remain launch decisions. No trial or discounted price is promised by this draft.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Access continues through that period. No automatic partial refund applies, subject to mandatory rights and remedies for service failures.
Before live sales, publish the cancellation route and support contact, show the next renewal date and amount, and confirm the date cancellation takes effect. A request must not require a device to remain compliant just to stop renewal.
Test checkout only
The current integration accepts Stripe test mode only where configured. Use Stripe test payment details, never real card details. A successful test checkout does not purchase monitoring or grant production network access.
Confirm the production checkout, failed-payment notices, cancellation behavior, invoices and payment-security obligations before accepting money.
