Preview scope
The private preview provides an organisation setup plan, DNS verification, a policy reference library and test billing where configured. The dashboard uses illustrative data. Device scanning, member rosters, production network admission and device lockout are not available.
The intended paid service helps administrators examine device and process configuration evidence, with AI tooling as the first planned check family. It does not issue certificates, SOC reports or legal opinions. A passed check would describe the checked configuration, not every activity on a device or the organisation’s legal compliance.
Customer responsibilities
The proposed service is for organisations and authorised representatives. Customers must have authority for each enrolled device, provide required staff notices and establish a lawful basis for any monitoring.
Customers retain responsibility for policy choices, access decisions and third-party AI accounts. No preview action authorises installation, personal-account inspection or restrictions on a real device.
Future device policies
Future agents may maintain named, customer-approved remediation policies and report an explicit decline after users receive notice. Reports must distinguish a decline from missing evidence, permissions or an offline device; they must not infer refusal or judge employee productivity.
The proposed design does not collect credentials or silently switch accounts. Customers retain employment and privacy responsibilities, including when a person reviews reports. No device maintenance or decline reporting operates in this preview.
Future subscriptions
One organisation member is one seat, including multiple devices for that member.
The approved future price is €2 EUR per member per month, excluding applicable VAT, with no minimum commitment beyond one member. AI-provider licences are not included. The private preview is free and test-only; this is not a live offer.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Access continues through that period. No automatic partial refund applies, subject to mandatory rights and remedies for service failures.
This future cancellation policy is approved for drafting. Live billing, the cancellation control and period-end access enforcement must be implemented and tested before it is offered.
Before these terms can take effect
Confirm the contracting operator, public contact, service specification, support commitments, suspension process and export/deletion arrangements. Set proportionate liability terms, dispute procedures and governing law after the operator and markets are known.
No availability guarantee, liability cap or jurisdiction is agreed by this draft. Mandatory legal rights cannot be excluded by a later commercial agreement.
